There are four fields that need to be completed in order to complete this process: QTR_NO; ID; QUARTER; QTR_LBL. All other fields are filled out and maintained by the WR Department. The hydrant ID is comprised of the </SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Quarter Number </SPAN><SPAN>(space) Quarter Section Number (space) </SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-style:italic;">Quarter section letter & hydrant number</SPAN><SPAN>. An example of this ID is: </SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">103 </SPAN><SPAN>12</SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-style:italic;">c004</SPAN><SPAN>.
