This shapefile was created by the City of Bakersfield, GIS Office (661-326-3062) in coordination with the multi-organizational Board responsible for forming the Kern River Groundwater Sustainability Agency. This boundary includes the entire Kern Delta service area boundary and the city limits of the City of Bakersfield that are enclosed within the CalWater & ID-4 services areas.
